Export
A dedicated workshop for turning your work into finished files, with a live preview as you set options.
When it's time to send your work out, the Export view gives you a focused workspace: choose what to export on the left, set the format and styling on the right, and watch a live preview in the centre update as you go. Export your manuscript for submission, or your characters and world as reference documents, Scene Designer boards as printable storyboards, or the Outliner as a portable planning structure.

What You Can Export
- Manuscript — Word (DOCX), reading PDF, EPUB, press-ready Print Edition PDF, Markdown, RTF, ODT, or plain text
- Story World dossiers — Characters, Locations, Factions, and Items as Word, PDF, or Excel (Excel spreads across neat sheets for members, relations, and arcs)
- Glossary — your story-world names as Word, PDF, or Excel
- Museiki — your encyclopedia articles as Word or PDF, laid out exactly as the pages read, images and all
- AI reports — your Chapter Analysis, Chapter Pulse, and Manuscript Lens readings as designed Word or PDF documents
- Storyboard — the selected book’s Scene Designer frames, captions, loose craft cards, and fallback art as Word or PDF, in manuscript order
- Outliner — chapters, scenes, intentions, progress, craft fields, live cross-tool links, arc beats, research, and scene cards as Word, OPML, CSV, TSV, or Excel
- A live preview — light or dark — built from the same export data and layout rules as the finished file
Getting It Right
- Front and back matter checklists, chapter selection, fonts, and page layout for the manuscript
- Revision comparison never becomes export styling; legacy colour marks are removed cleanly, and unresolved legacy candidates are only omitted when you explicitly choose that option
- EPUB details when you want them — title, author, language, publisher, rights, and a validated ISBN
- EPUBCheck runs the official validator with a runtime built for Windows, macOS, or Linux; custom CSS imports and unpackaged files are removed so the book stays self-contained
- Print Edition validates trim geometry, margins, gutter, type size, leading, and font embedding before export; headings wrap, long tokens stay inside the measure, and the preview pauses rather than guessing when a system font cannot be verified
- CSV and TSV neutralise spreadsheet formulas while preserving the visible cell text
- A gentle pre-flight that points out anything worth fixing before you send a manuscript out
- Per-report choices too — pick which chapters to include, which pulse lines to draw, and whether the Lens lists its echoes

Exporting for submission? Word (DOCX) in Standard Manuscript Format is the safest bet for agents and editors. Save EPUB for when you want to read your book on an e-reader exactly as a reader would.
