Story World
The screen you land on every time you open ChapterMuse — a calm hub linking your manuscripts, cast, places, and worlds.
Story World is the front door. Instead of a busy dashboard, you get a handful of large, cinematic cards — one for your Manuscripts, and one each for the parts of your world: Characters, Locations, Factions, Items, and Universes. Click any card to dive in; the whole screen glides into that destination.

- 1Open ChapterMuse — you arrive at Story World automatically.
- 2Click Manuscripts to open your Bookshelf and start writing.
- 3Click Characters, Locations, Factions, or Items to build your world.
- 4Use the app menu at top-left to move between areas; your avatar at top-right holds account and appearance controls.
What Lives Here
- Manuscripts — your Bookshelf of every book
- Characters, Locations, Factions, Items — your Story World libraries, each with a live count
- Universes — the Folio view of your continuities
- Research — your binder of reference files, and Gallery — every image in your world
- Settings and Licence — manage the app and your tier

The Account Menu
Your avatar, top-right, keeps personal controls together: who you're signed in as, appearance, Credits, Settings, and Sign out. Navigation lives in the app menu at top-left, where it stays consistently available without being repeated in the account menu.
Counts on each card update live. Create a character in a book and you'll see the Characters count tick up the next time you glance at Story World.
